1. Delivery in Pilsen:

Free shipping on orders over 1,000 CZK.

For orders under 1,000 CZK, the shipping price will be determined individually according to the delivery address.

2. Delivery outside Pilsen (up to 50 km):

We provide delivery to the Pilsen area within a maximum radius of 50 km.

The shipping cost will be calculated based on distance and communicated upon order confirmation.

3. Delivery outside 50 km:

We send orders outside of 50 km from Pilsen via Czech Post or other courier services.

The flat rate for transportation is 200 CZK.

In case of special requests (express delivery, delivery outside of working hours, etc.), please contact us in advance.

To keep your bouquet fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend the following care:

1. Cut the stems diagonally 1–2 cm under water every day to help the flowers absorb water better.

2. Change the water in the vase every day and clean it thoroughly to prevent bacteria from growing.

3. Place the flowers in a cooler place, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources (e.g. televisions, radiators).

4. Remove leaves below the water surface to prevent the water from spoiling quickly.

5. Use flower food, if included in the package – it will prolong the freshness of the flowers.

With a little daily care, your flowers will delight you for as long as possible.
