2. Add the bouquet to your cart
Once you have made your selection, click the "Add to cart" button. A window with recommended accessories will then appear, which you can easily add to your order with one click.
3. Choose delivery or personal pickup
In your cart, choose whether you want the flowers delivered to the recipient's address or if you prefer to pick them up in person at the Rosafé store.
4. Select date and time
For delivery, enter the recipient's postcode. The system will automatically check delivery availability and offer available dates and time slots. Then choose the date and time that suits you best.
5. Proceed to checkout
After clicking the "Proceed to payment" button, fill in the details of the recipient to whom the flowers will be delivered.
Important: The delivery address and contact details in the first part of the checkout belong to the flower recipient. If you are ordering flowers as a gift for someone else, please enter the recipient's name, phone number, and address, not your own details.
At the bottom of the checkout, you can fill in the billing details of the orderer. If the orderer's details are the same as the recipient's details, there is no need to fill in a separate billing address.

6. Complete the order
Choose your preferred payment method and complete the order. After successful submission of the order, we will send you a confirmation email.
